From good intention to plan: goals and to-dos with Hy
Tell Hy what you want to get done, a race in spring, a tidy tax folder, a new habit, and Hy breaks it into steps you can check off. Today's to-dos sit at the top of Goals, and Hy checks in on how it's going.
Things to ask Hy
- “I want to run a half marathon in April. Make me a plan.”
- “Help me get my tax documents together by the end of the month”
- “What should I do today for my goals?”
- “What could you take off my plate this week?”
What Hy does
- Breaks goals into steps: a big goal becomes steps you can check off, with today's to-dos on top.
- Checks in: Hy asks how it's going and adjusts the plan with you.
- Suggests what to hand over: Ideas shows what Hy could take off your plate next, from your mail, calendar and goals.
- Keeps up with fitness goals: on the iPhone you can share Apple Health read-only, so Hy can see your progress.
Notes you share with Hy
The Library holds Notes, a notebook you and Hy both write in: nested pages, checklists and headings, with version history. Plans and lists stay there after a chat ends.
Questions
- Does Hy write to Apple Health?
- No. Health, Contacts, Calendar and Reminders on your phone are shared read-only, and only if you turn them on.
- Where do my goals live?
- In your Hy workspace in your HybridAI account, stored in Germany. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.
