An AI agent for your Microsoft 365 account
Connect Microsoft 365 once, and Hy works with your Outlook mail and calendar and your files in OneDrive and SharePoint. Ask in a sentence, and Hy finds, summarizes and prepares, from your phone.

What Hy does in Microsoft 365
- Outlook mail: tells you what needs you, sums up threads and drafts replies.
- Outlook calendar: briefs you on your day and tells you when a meeting moves.
- OneDrive and SharePoint: finds documents, summarizes meeting notes and files new notes next to them, after you approve.
- Works in the background: proactive checks run in the cloud every half hour, even while the app is closed.
Next to Google and other mailboxes
You can connect Microsoft 365 alongside a Google account, GitHub and mailboxes such as GMX or WEB.DE. Hy keeps track of all of them in one chat.
You decide how often Hy asks
In Settings → Approvals you choose how Hy acts on your behalf. With Always ask, you review every change before it runs: you see what Hy wants to do and why, and nothing happens until you tap Allow. With Risky actions, routine work goes ahead and Hy asks before anything risky or destructive. You can also give standing permissions for things you do often.
Approvals lists every request next to what Hy did and what is coming up, so you can always see what happened.
Questions
- Does Hy need admin rights in Microsoft 365?
- You connect your own account in the app under Connectors and can disconnect it any time. Whether your organization allows that is set by its Microsoft 365 administrator.
- Can Hy change files in SharePoint?
- Yes, within the approvals you set: with Always ask, Hy shows you each change, such as a new note, before it is saved.
